ONLINE RETURN POLICY If you wish to return your online purchase, you may do so free for up to two weeks from the original purchase date. We will include a pre-paid, UPS shipping label with every online order. You can also return merchandise purchased online to any of our retail locations. Your merchandise must be unworn, in the original packaging, and accompanied by your original receipt. Once we receive your merchandise and determine that it is in its original condition, we will credit the same account used to make your purchase. Please expect to receive an e-mail within 10 days of your ship date confirming that the credit to your account has been processed. We encourage our customers to try their new shoes by walking on a carpeted surface in order to ensure that the shoe remains in its original condition. However, once a shoe is street worn it cannot be returned. Returns will not be accepted if the item exhibits any signs of wear or is not in the condition in which it was received. EXCHANGES AND INCORRECT ITEMS If you receive the wrong size or item, or want to exchange an item for a different one, we recommend that you place an online order for the correct merchandise immediately in order to ensure product availability. If you wait until your return is processed before placing a new order, the item you request may be out of stock. Then you may use your pre-paid UPS shipping label to return the incorrect item. |
